Spotting opportunitiesTeach your students to use their imagination, identify opportunities, look for problems, and transform them into challenges, how to create value from them. Look around you and start with everyday little things. Pupils should uncover the needs of classmates, the school environment, and the place where they live.
CreativityGive students space to look curiously at problems that have multiple solutions. Support them in the art of developing creative moods in a team, describing them, or visually expressing them. Learn about innovative approaches and experiment with them.
VisionShow students how to work towards their vision of the future. Imagine it as a necessary step in turning ideas into real action. They need to simply see the point. Only in this way will they purposefully and responsibly make decisions on their further education and future profession, taking into account their needs.
Valuing ideasEvery idea is valued, and every idea can have a certain value for the student. Let them show what value it can have for others. Assess the benefits of the proposed activities from different perspectives. Look for examples of good practice created by organisations, companies, the community.
Ethical and sustainable thinkingRecognise and describe values for yourself and society. Guide students to what they should be responsible for. Let them identify the implications and impacts, opportunities and actions for target communities, the market, society, and the environment.
