Job shadowing at Lipka gives you an insight into our educational work and the opportunity to see how environmental and sustainability education works in practice. You can choose between two formats:
Extended job shadowing
Explore several Lipka centres and observe a range of educational programmes and teaching approaches. Designed for groups of up to 8 participants, this format can also include active participation, allowing you to experience selected activities from the learner’s perspective.
Traditional job shadowing
Focus on a specific role, workplace or area of work. Observe our educators, join selected activities and learn about their everyday practice. Both formats can be tailored to your professional interests and learning goals.
